Support Our Work
Hillel is a community rather than an organization, so every Jewish student is automatically a member. While we receive generous support from Jewish organizations, the majority of our revenue necessary for providing the programs and services that are vital to our vibrant campus community comes from donations from parents, alumni, and friends. We are able to serve our students because of our supporters like you. Thank you for supporting Hillel at Miami!

Our Impact
“The Miami University Hillel has given me that place to grow. Without the support of my peers and the staff at Hillel I would not be where I am today.”
“It wasn’t until after coming to Miami University and attending my first Shabbat service at Hillel that I realized something: I didn’t have to go to services. I didn’t even have to consider myself Jewish if I didn’t want to. For that split second, I finally understood that religion is something you choose, not something you do because someone makes you (at least not when you become an adult). However, this realization came with the acknowledgement of something much better: each and every student and staff member that surrounded me while we prayed was there because they wanted to be... Whether I’m at a Shabbat service or grabbing a honey stick from the seal, Hillel at Miami University provides me with the resources and the relationships to be Jewish in whatever way it means to me. ”
