Welcome to

Hillel at Miami University of Ohio!

Hillel Foundation at Miami University is the center for Jewish life on the Oxford campus. Hillel fosters a warm and vibrant Jewish community that is always open to new ideas and initiatives. We welcome all to campus, look forward to meeting and getting to know our students, parents and alumni, and helping students explore and celebrate throughout their days at Miami.

Careers Cincinnati is a unique program that provides highly qualified and motivated Jewish students with valuable paid internships with Cincinnati employers. This is a joint initiative between Cincinnati Hillel and Hillel at Miami University.

Our professional and personal development resources will ensure the success of our students when entering the workforce in their desired fields. In addition, we enable our students to take advantage of all the new and exciting opportunities that Cincinnati is currently offering to its millennials so that they are connected to the local community and are inspired to serve as the future young leaders of Cincinnati. Hillel hosts a student-led, pluralistic service every Friday night during the academic year. Many of our Shabbat evenings have a special focus – honored guests, entertainers, holidays or Shabbat across Campus. The service is followed by a free Shabbat dinner provided by Hillel. The meal is Kosher and vegetarian entrees are always available. Shabbat generally begins at 6 PM and dinner is served at 7 PM. All are welcome to come when they can and leave when they must.
